No Bake Dainty Chocolate Cookies
1 6oz. pkg. chocolate chips
2 T. Butter
2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 lb. salted peanuts
Melt butter and chips to creamy smooth.
Beat eggs well and add powdered sugar, stir until smooth.
Combine chips and egg mixtures.
Then add marshmallows and peanuts. Mix well.
Drop onto wax paper or cookie sheet. let stand for a few
hours at room temperature.
Store in refrigerator or cool place until ready to serve. Yields 60.
